The other half has been on at me over the weekend, i needed to move the bathroom scales so decided that I would weigh myself, well the scales must be broke because it says I’m just under 14 stone.
So i need to lose some weight, and i have a few options.
Running, i could go running out on the streets for a few nights and go on a low fat diet which should see me lose a few pounds.
Join a gym, this would be ok but it’s going to be about £30 a month, which in my mind is better spent smoking my new blunts.
To be honest I think I’ll go running on an evening, then no one can see me sweating my fat ar*e off in a gym.
I’m hoping that 2 stone should be gone within 3 months with 3 nights running and a good sensible diet.
