The other half has been on at me over the weekend, i needed to move the bathroom scales so decided that I would weigh myself, well the scales must be broke because it says I’m just under 14 stone.

So i need to lose some weight, and i have a few options.

Running, i could go running out on the streets for a few nights and go on a low fat diet which should see me lose a few pounds.

Join a gym, this would be ok but it’s going to be about £30 a month, which in my mind is better spent smoking my new blunts.

To be honest I think I’ll go running on an evening, then no one can see me sweating my fat ar*e off in a gym.

I’m hoping that 2 stone should be gone within 3 months with 3 nights running and a good sensible diet.

So Leeds have dropped down to 2nd in the league which looks really bad, but we have 2 games in hand, thankfully our higher goal’s for helps us as Charlton are 9 behind us on 21, and we are then on 30. Norwich have pip’d us with 32. In the back of my mind all I can think of is those few 4-1 wins we had which have seen us stay in 2nd place.

Our next league match is against Swindon who sit 5th in the table so we could win that game as they seem to have a very much hit and miss form. They only beat the league bottom enders by one goal, but we nearly need to beat them as they have only played 24 games so with a good win streak they could climb a few places. We then have Colchester after that who are just above Swindon, also Colchester are on a losing form recently, 5-0 to Swindon (which obviously gave Swindon the higher goals for).

I’ve just been on the Leeds website and they are only overloaded with people trying to buy tickets for the Tottenham FA cup Tie Replay. I’d love to go but the chances of getting tickets are going to be pretty slim.

I had bit of a disaster last night, I’ve recently purchased a new aquarium so that I can keep Marine fish. It’s currently going through its cycle so luckily there’s no fish or other live stock in there. Anyway i have my protein skimmer hanging from the back of the tank and temporarily there is no back side lid on until i can cut through the lid to fit neatly over the skimmer.

Anyway I had my “cough cough” tobacco on the front lid in just an open bag, as it was where it got left on Tuesday night. Anyway I wanted to mess on like you do with your new toy and within seconds I realised my mistake and grabbed my bag as it was slowly getting wet inside my tank and sinking to the bottom.
Luckily I have changed some of the water, and am not planning on fish for another month so doubt the water will be contaimated. But my “cough cough” tobacco is ruined, since the water is for marine fish it there salt in the water ruining my smoke.

Anyway I should really keep my house tobacco in a tin, since it gets moved around everywhere. I have been looking at airtight tobacco tins on my lunch. These should in theory be water proof as well, they will also keep my smoke fresh for longer than a bag.

Anyway it could of been worse i mean if the bag had emptied into the water then I would of been in a whole world of poo.

I got the usual told you so from the other half, which led me into looking for said tobacco tin.

When your other half says that she wants some hair straighteners, what she actually means is that she wants some GHD hair straighteners.

Well i knew GHD where the best hair straightener that money can buy, but i also know that Toni & Guy are a big name in hair styling, so I bought her the Toni & Guy straighteners and also saved myself about £100.

Anyway I’m now £140 down because I’ve just had to go out and buy a set of GHD straighteners.

Hopefully when i get home i’ll get 10 spare minutes to wrap them up before she gets home, and get some extra brownie points for sorting it all out today.

Apparently the Toni & Guy straighteners wheren’t good enough even though they heat up super quick.

At the weekend we went out for a meal at a local eatery and had a lovely meal, before going to the pub for a few drinks.

These mines are mainly located in the areas inhabited by the endangered lowland gorilla and generally result in the destruction of their habitat. The United Nations also estimates that the conflict in the region is the deadliest since World War II, and has resulted in 5.4 million deaths.

Coltan is a source of tantalum that is used in the manufacture of high quality electronic components such as capacitors.  These are used in many consumer items, most especially mobile phones. While there are legal sources for coltan from North Western Australia, Brazil and Canada, the illegally sourced ore is often cheaper and generally cannot be traced back to its source.

One way to lessen the demand for coltan is to recycle or reuse your old mobile phones. This could be as simple as passing an old phone along to a friend or family member or using one of the recycling services that have appeared online. These services will recycle broken mobile phones free of charge and may even pay cash for mobile phones that can be reconditioned and reused. Not only does recycling your old mobile protect the environment at home by preventing the phone from ending up in a landfill site, it also helps protect the habitats of many endangered species such as the lowland gorilla.

I was at work yesterday minding my own and getting on with work, and my team leader comes over and asks me to get some work t shirts ordered.

I hate my team leader, the name of the role has gone completely to his stupid little head, its a false title that means nothing, and was given to you to keep you happy.

We’ve got some right fatty bum bum’s in our office, and when i say fat I’m looking the other side of 25 stone. These are the kind of people that moan when they have to walk to the vending machine as its a 30 metre walk, they easily get out of breathe walking up the stairs, so often spend the next 10 minutes breathing heavily and puffing away trying to calm there heart rate down.

Rant over, i haven’t asked there size I’ve just ordered them XXXL if they complain not my fault they can’t stop stuffing there faces with pies, mars bars and diet coke.

It took me ages to find a t-shirt printing website that was easy to use and even longer for one that accommodated the chubby’s.

I kind of expected day to go as planned but I have found out through trials of mishaps that nothing ever goes as planned.

My car got serviced a few months back and i was told i would more than likely need new front breaks before my MOT.

I booked my car in for new front breaks and mot on Monday expecting all to go well yet the garage in my eyes managed to screw things up.
My words where when i left the car at the garage “when i got it serviced, i was told i needed new front brakes can you please put new discs and pads on”. Common sense to me says that you’d do this first before the MOT to save having to re test it if it failed.

I rang the garage and their words where “we are just going to re test it now” umm. Turns out one of the front CV Boots was loose and had to be replaced, i’m sure when taking the brakes off someone would of noticed this and fixed it before it got MOT’d, in turn saving them time.

So £207 lighter, my car is road worthy (it never wasn’t road worthy) has new brakes that stop me. The old ones did just you where been tw*ts about not letting it through the mot.

I’ve got a few bongs that i use personally but won’t let others use because they where either really expensive or mean a lot to me.

Anyway last night a good friend asked if he could use one of my glass bongs, know I’ve known this guy for years and have trusted him with my cars before and they’ve always come back in one piece and undamaged so i thought what the heck. I handed over my glass bong and he was really careful with it so i wasn’t to bothered.

Anyway i went up to the toilet and was only gone a few minutes and when i came down i found my glass bong on the floor in more pieces than I’m familiar with. He’d placed it on the table and then got up but nudged the table and my best glass bong fell on to the rug, but the top shattered and it split in the middle.

I was really pissed with him for about 30 minutes, but realised it was only a bong and that i could buy another one. This is the main reason that i lend friends acrylic bongs, as i’m not as bothered about them breaking and they are a hell of a lot harder to break.

I got a new phone a few months back and been honest its not that bad, but i have one major gripe every now and again when i put it down the sim will come loose and i don’t find out till i pick it up 3 hours later. It doesnt do it all the time and it doesnt seem to matter how hard the phone gets put down to wheat er the sim card pops out.

This is clearly a design flaw with the phone, as the battery doesn’t push down on the sim card bit enough to stop it popping out.

I’ve tried putting coins on top of the battery but all are just to thick and make the rear casing stick out to much, i think my best bet will be to fold some paper up  and place it on top of the sim card to try and hold it down, in fact the easier option would be to tape the sim card down.

I’ve just move places and I’m now in a block of flats, 3 storys high 1 flat on each floor. The only thing that get’s right on my nerves is the often poor TV signal, channel 4 and 5 seem to be worst, on digital it makes program unwatchable as the picture and sound can stutter, if I swap over to analog then at least I have picture and sound but I get those wavy lines on the screen but it is watchable.

The digital signal really does produce a clearer picture, so to say it’s mildly annoying is a under statement and its always when I’m trying to watch a film when this happens.

Ok so who should sort this out is it the management company that sorts it out or is me / landlord.

I was thinking about getting a new plasma TV over the festive period, ive been looking at a larger screen something like a 42” or a 50” and freesat would be nice, but this is my whole issue would the freesat have signal problems too.

This happened twice over the weekend, whilst watching Star Wars and then Bad Boys 2 last night
