Can I quote a post in your blog with the link to you?

I really hate blog spam it get right on my tits, my newest and most favourite comment is now as follows

“Hello from Russia! Can I quote a post in your blog with the link to you?”

No since i’m just going to delete your comment and hope i never get your spammy comment ever again, likely i get it again within a few days though. There isn’t even a link in the comment so i don’t see what the spammer is getting from doing this apart from this blog post about him.

I can understand spam comment that have links in them because i see the purpose for that but pure spam comments with no link what’s the point.

Herbal Highs

Ok so a few months back the government said that it would be banning herbal highs, as they were just as bad as the real deal. Well why not ban them straight away.

If you could go around killing people and it was ok, then the government said in a few months it would be made illegal to go around on killing sprees. Then surely they know it’s as bad now as it is in a few months so why wait, sounds like they are condoning it

Debt Consolidation Help

Unfortunately the recession seems to have recently taken its toll on me with mounting Credit Cards, having to take a lower paid job after loosing mine I’ve needed to find a quick solution to reduce the amount of Interest I’ve been paying across multiple Credit Cards and an Unsecured loan I took on a timeshare I purchased 2 years ago.

After sitting down and assessing my debts I was able to work out that I owed 18,000 across 3 Credit Cards & 1 Loan – the interest I was paying was huge! After seeking advice it seemed that Debt Consolidation was the only quick solution to the mounting debt problem.

By taking out a debt consolidation loan I’ve been able to reduce the amount of interest I’ve been paying vastly, freeing up Cash to start doing things with my family again. I have since decided that Credit Cards are deffinitely not for me! If you get into a similiar circumstance I would recommend cancelling them immediately, destroying all temptation to spend more.

Of course its also important to realise the disadvantages of Debt Consolidation which include the fact that its secured against my house and will take me longer to repay overall. That said I was in a desperate situation and have got out of it and am able to continue living comfortably.

T-Shirt Printing Paper is rubbish?

Just been looking around for t-shirt printing for a drinking session I am having with a few mates. I originally bought a few plain white t-shirts form Tesco’s and some inkjet transfer paper. You basically use the iron to place the logo on the t-shirt. Unfortunately they came out awfully! Can’t imagine why anyone would ever use something like this? Unless I am just doing it completely wrong?

I didn’t let this failure dishearten me, I started looking around for a t-shirt printing company and came across the guys who do the t-shirts for the WordPress store – being that I’m a die hard WordPress fan and they have an impressive portfolio and sensible prices I’ve decided to use them instead of trying to do it myself again they’re called Indigo Clothing, check them out.

Furniture shopping: kill me now

Mrs. Hippy and I have been shopping for our forthcoming co-habitation this week, necessitating many visits to the big blue & yellow box at Brent Park. If our relationship survives this it’ll survive anything: one more meatball dinner or twenty minute walk to buy a plate at the far end of the rat maze and I’m going to flip. Scandhoovians pastimes such as alcoholism and suicide are starting to seem mighty appealing.

I’ve suggested she make it up to me by buying a rubber coated sofa but “wipe down” isn’t on the list of preferred attributes for living room furniture, apparently. I blame Laura Ashley for this shocking lack of foresight amongst the modern furniture purchasing public.

Jewish Children “Will be murdered”

Nice one, Hamas.

I was almost rooting for you after hearing all the shite the Israelis have been pulling today, but I’m back to thinking each side is as cuntish as the other now. Thanks for setting me straight.

Christmas car hire rage

Living in London I don’t have much need for a motor: between the congestion charge, city traffic and shitty state of our roads owning a car would make me even more grumpy than I am already. As such when I do need to get somewhere and public transport won’t do the job I’ll generally hire a car.

I’m off to see the folks this Christmas and just logged on to book a runabout to get me up there and around while I’m oop north. WTF?! The cost for a hatchback with most of the big firms has doubled since I last hired one a couple of weeks ago.

Price gouging winds me up no end but doing it at Christmas really takes the biscuit. I got a decent deal from a smaller firm via carrentals.co.uk in the end but Hertz, Avis and the rest can forget about seeing any of my business in future. Not as bad as the wankers who rob houses when people are away for Xmas, perhaps, but in the same ballpark as far as I’m concerned.
